DHi Telecom Group is a 40,200-square-foot, two-story tilt-wall office building for DHi Telecom Group, a global Internet service provider that operated on U.S and NATO bases in the Middle East as well as additional operations. It features a 24-hour global operations center supported by twin air-cooled chillers capable of producing 82 tons of cooling. Critical systems are backed up by a 350KW generator. Additionally, the building includes a kitchen with break area and a gym with shower facilities. This build-to-suit, designed by Jackson & Ryan Architects, is located off of Highway 288 Houston and was completed in 11 months.
