The Prologis Park Trinity Boulevard project is a new, ground-up, 156,000-square-foot, site-cast, tilt-wall, rear-load industrial warehouse that is easily accessible to major thoroughfares President George Bush Turnpike and I-30. The building features 17 – 9’x10’ dock doors of which 17 include loading docks and 2 – 12’x14’ dock doors with ramps for vehicle access to the interior of the building. Two of the building corners have aluminum entrances for office areas, and the west corner will include a mezzanine for additional office space. Clerestory windows are featured along the north and south sides of the building for natural light, also there are louvers for two air exchanges per hour. There is ample space for office parking as well as trailer/truck and maneuverability.
