”Working with team members on prioritizing, planning and executing the work is really enjoyable,” Morris said. “Since joining Arch-Con, I’m having more fun than I’ve had in years and the entrepreneurial mindset is exciting.

Since launching Arch-Con’s Healthcare Division in 2016, the company has completed 151 projects and expanded geographically beyond Houston with projects throughout the state of Texas as well as Arizona and Florida. “My initial goal is to streamline operations and work with the team to execute the work,” Morris said. “The long-term vision seems limitless with the ever-changing needs of the city and Arch-Con’s dedication to it. With that, I feel like we can make a genuine impact on healthcare construction in Houston and beyond.”
