This 21,000-square-foot, Class A, urban infill office building has many LEED details in the design and construction. The tilt-wall construction is built within tight confines of the site in the heart of Houston. This urban infill project required tilt-wall panels to be stacked in order to fit on the site. The building features travertine marble, high-performance glass system, an HVAC package unit with DDC controls and a NanaWall® movable glass partition that opens up to a rooftop terrace with a pedestal paver system.
Home to Arch-Con’s headquarters, employees walk into the doors of a tilt-wall office building every day.
