Vice President of Human Resources

Raquel U. Rosa serves as vice president of human resources with more than 20 years experience in human resources, 10 of which have been in the construction industry. Rosa received her bachelor’s degree in human resources from The University of the Incarnate Word. Rosa holds two professional certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) Certification and a Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Certification.
