Daniel J. O’Hare is CFO of Arch-Con with more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership coupled with more than 17 years in the construction industry serving as CFO. O’Hare oversees all aspects of Arch-Con’s corporate finance, treasury, external audits, insurance/risk management, operational cash flow growth, and strategic financial planning. His approach to finance and accounting is rooted in a service mindset, where he manages a structured, process-driven finance team to provide effective operations support to the entire organization.
With a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration and Economics, O’Hare serves as Chairman of Bridgewood Farms, a non-profit providing programming for individuals with special needs as well as their families. Additionally, O’Hare is a member of the Finance Council for St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School.
