Geraldine Pacheco, CPA, has more than 25 years experience in progressively responsible finance roles for private enterprises. Specifically, Pacheco has 15 years experience working in the commercial construction industry in both the general construction and subcontractor sectors and is a Certified Construction Industry Finance Professional (CCIFP). Pacheco manages a structured, process-driven finance and administrative model, whereby all functions and tasks are standardized to provide the operations team efficient and effective back-office support.
While with Arch-Con, Pacheco has received the CFO of the Year Award three times in the small, medium and large private companies category from Houston Business Journal. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), the Houston CPA Society and as director for Keep Kids Connected, a nonprofit organization that donates computers to children with life-threatening illnesses. Pacheco also served on the Board of Directors for CREW Houston, an organization for women in commercial real estate from 2014 to 2015 and continues to be an active member both locally and nationally.
