Matt Norwood serves as vice president of Arch-Con’s Industrial Division in Austin, leading business development and overseeing estimating, project management, and project completion. Norwood has been with Arch-Con since 2017, responsible for the project management of $500 million and 8 million square feet of industrial projects during his career at Arch-Con.
Norwood has worked on five build-to-suit industrial projects for Home Depot for various developers in four different locations and three different states totaling $280 million in contract value.
Customer service is at Norwood’s core. He won Arch-Con’s Customer Service Award in his second year at the company and has been named a finalist multiple times.
