This is an approximately 37,000-square-foot, three-story office building project designed by Page Architects for Avenue Center, a non-profit organization with a vision of bringing together affordable housing resources under one roof. This project features a complex, colorful exterior metal wall panel design made more dramatic by its pitched standing seam metal roof system. This project was made possible through collaboration with the city of Houston and various donors. Partially publicly funded by COH and HUD, the project exceeds its MWBE participation goals by 34% and Section 3 goals by 10%.
