This 100,000-square-foot, Class A office building is in a prime Houston location off of I-10 (The Katy Freeway) and Campbell Road. The building has ground floor retail space with four floors of rising office space. The structure is a curtainwall and precast spandrel with Class A glass and architectural precast skin over a conventional structural steel. The project also includes a four-story precast parking garage and associated site work.
