Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center is one of the largest blood donation centers in the United States, serving 26 counties and more than 170 health care institutions. Designed by Powers Brown Architecture and partnering with Colliers, this 3.53-acre site consists of a 10,800-square-foot one-story building, 53 parking spaces with ample space for donation buses and vans to operate and a storm water detention aspect.
