Silo Springs is a five-story, 346-unit high-end apartment community in West Houston and the initial phase of a decade-long, multi-phase, mixed-use development. It is at the site of the historic Shadowdale grain elevators, making the long-vacant silos a focal point of the 17-acre development. Silo Springs consists of five stories of apartment living totaling 363,547 square feet with one-, two- and three-bedroom offerings. This wrap-style project is designed around a 165,163-square-foot, six-story parking garage. A 2,200-square-foot café is located near the entrance. Amenities include a two-story-high clubroom and fitness room, a game lounge, a business lounge with multiple private conference rooms, and leasing offices. The main ground-level courtyard includes a pool with waterfall, a fire table feature, mist spring fountain, private cabanas, covered pavilions with grill stations, hammocks, a variety of tables and benches for gathering and a pet park.
Arch-Con collaborated with Moody on several projects, including the construction of the 16-story Residence Inn Medical Center and Village Towers, a 350,000-square-foot mixed-use Class A office development, housing Moody National Companies’ headquarters.
