7618 Burnet is a 336,668-square-foot, 300-unit multifamily development by Riverside Resources located in the Allandale neighborhood of North Central Austin. Designed by GDA Architects, the five-story project includes two residential buildings and a parking garage that will wrap around two sides of an existing office tower. Amenities include expansive balconies, three courtyards including a pool courtyard, sky lounge and deck with great views, co-working space, fitness and yoga room and dog runs. Arch-Con’s scope of work also includes the demolition of existing structures on the site and installation of an underground water detention pond that is integrated with the garage ramp foundation. This project is located three blocks from the Arch-Con-built The Saint George.
