Outdoor amenities include a pool, dog park, outdoor fitness lawn and two courtyards overlooking the three-acre lake constructed by Arch-Con in the first phase. Adjacent to this six-acre site, Arch-Con-built Remy on the Trails Phase I which includes three, four-story multifamily buildings with tuck-under garages and a luxury amenity package.
