Owner: BKR Memorial II, LLC | Architect: Ziegler Cooper Architects

Buffalo Heights® is a high-end, award winning 742,000-square-foot mixed-use development near downtown Houston on the corner of Washington Avenue and South Heights Boulevard in Houston. Designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects, it consists of The St. Andrie, a 256,180-square-foot multifamily component located on the third through seventh floors with 231 Class A units wrapped around two outdoor courtyards. The resort-style, heavily-landscaped courtyards include brick pavers, multi-tier pool with sun shelf and water features, a covered outdoor kitchen, courtyard kitchen, fireplace, televisions, turf areas and many open and secluded seating areas. The indoor amenities include workout and yoga rooms, a glass-enclosed conference room for tenant use, a grand clubhouse, multiple seating areas and bicycle storage. It even comes with a dog wash room on the first floor so after apartment dwellers walk their pets, they can give them a scrub. One Buffalo Heights is 33,000 square feet of office space located on the north side of the multifamily area with three levels of double height office space. Along the east side of the project stands a 302,271-square-foot precast parking garage. Below all three of the aforementioned components, sits a 95,170-square-foot H-E-B urban prototype grocery store, a first of its kind for H-E-B.
