SuperintendentJob Location: Houston | Dallas | Austin | Denver
This role is responsible for building all phases of certain construction projects. This is a full-time exempt position.
The Superintendent reports to the Sr. Vice President of the division. This is a full-time exempt position. Some travel is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver project on time and on budget
- Coordination of all field activities
- Regular interaction with sub-contractors and vendors
- Coordinate and manage with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator on field changes, RFI’s, and change orders.
- Ensure jobsite in organized and projects a professional image
- Perform jobsite safety meetings
- Other duties as required
This position may supervise a Site Coordinator or an Assistant Superintendent.
This job operates at the construction worksite. The employee may be exposed to heavy machinery, and outside weather conditions. The noise level could on occasion be very loud. This role will use office equipment such as computers (to include tablets), phones, copiers and/or printers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, hear, use their hands and fingers to reach and grab, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
