Named after a former 1890s lumber mill, Triten Real Estate Partners’ The Mill embodies the legacy of industrial craftsmanship in Houston’s East End neighborhood. Spanning 6.23 acres, this 341-unit apartment complex features a private resident lounge, a spa-inspired pool and courtyard. Designed by EDI International and Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, The Mill incorporates recycled wood and decorative steel to transform a traditionally industrialized area into a dynamic, urban oasis while preserving its historic character. Adjacent to Forth at Navigation, another stunning multifamily project we built for developer Marquette Companies, The Mill is a testament to Arch-Con’s ability to create vibrant and functional living spaces.
