The Montrose is a 528,734-square-foot, 331-unit multifamily podium project located on the well-known “Disco Kroger” site in the vibrant Montrose neighborhood of Houston. Developed by Southeastern Development and designed by DCS Design, it includes 361,324 square feet of multifamily, 167,410 square feet of parking garage and 34,754 square feet of amenity space. The project’s construction consists of five floors of wood frame over two floors of cast-in-place concrete. With 14,000 square feet of interior amenity space, the ground floor features a leasing office with double height ceilings, the second floor includes a pet spa and conference room area overlooking the leasing office below, the third floor is the main club room with double height ceilings and the fourth floor includes a fitness area overlooking the club room. A 20,000-square-foot center courtyard is on the level 3 podium deck featuring a pool, event lawn, outdoor kitchens and fire pit.
