Rêve at Montrose

Owner: Oxberry Group | Architect: Tipps Architecture

The Rêve at Montrose is a complete façade and interior redevelopment of the old “Gibb’s Boat Sales,” originally Quality Laundry built in 1932, building for new retail and healthcare tenants. The building will be a two-story structure with a clock tower dividing the old and the new structures with 17,000 square feet on the ground level and 6,500 square feet on second. The Quality Laundry marquee will be replicated to look like it has always been there at the original building’s entrance facing West Gray.
