This 80,000-square-foot, ground-up building was completed two weeks ahead of schedule for Floor & Decor. The store is located on a 5.5-acre tract within Park Air 59, Archway Properties’ 111-acre, mixed-use development in Humble, Texas. Construction includes all site work, building and interior buildout. Arch-Con has also built Floor & Décor – McKinney, Floor & Décor – Denton, Floor & Decor – Tulsa as well as Floor & Décors’ 1.5 million-square-foot main distribution center near Houston’s ship channel.
