Fort Bend Town Center is a multi-phase retail development located along Highway 6 and Fort Bend Parkway in Missouri City, Texas. Phase II features the ground-up, tilt-wall construction of a 105,948-square-foot junior anchor power center. The project consists of seven shell spaces including four complete tenant build-outs for Petco, Burlington, Ross and Five Below. This development is a Houston Business Journal Landmark Award Finalist.
