Texas Heritage Marketplace is a major retail development in Katy, Texas. Arch-Con’s scope of work includes 21-acres of site work and the ground-up construction of four shell buildings and one large junior anchor building totaling 167,778 square feet. Tenants for the buildings include an Academy Sports + Outdoors, Burlington, Spec’s Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods and Ulta. Arch-Con’s scope also includes the tenant build-out of the Academy and Burlington. Three of the buildings surround an existing heritage oak tree creating a welcome feature to the development. Additional scope includes the construction of a high-end amenity deck and play structure beneath the oak tree.
