Cedar Breaks West, a 47,870-square-foot project, is the second phase of Durham & Bassett Realty Group’s retail development in Georgetown, Texas. Arch-Con’s scope of work includes the shell and tenant finish-outs of a 24,000-square-foot Marshalls and a 23,870-square-foot Home Goods. The site is pad-ready, except for the truck docks at both buildings. The Home Goods is adjacent to an existing Sprouts Farmers Market, which anchors the development. The Marshalls is a standalone building.
