Cardiovascular Consultants, a 3,683-square-foot first-generation interior build-out, is located on the first floor of the Arch-Con-constructed Creekside Medical Office Building. Arch-Con’s scope of work includes installing a glass entryway from the lobby, reception, and waiting area, eight exam rooms, an echocardiogram room, a nurses’ station, three offices, an employee break room and restrooms. Arch-Con is also constructing Cardiovascular Consultants’ The Vein Clinic on the first floor of Creekside MOB.
