Mason Creek MOB is a 24,968-square-foot medical office building designed by BSA LifeStructures in the Mason Creek Development located along the I-10 Freeway in Katy, Texas. The site, shell and core building is developed by NexCore Group in partnership with Surgery Ventures and powered by HCA Healthcare.
The building is 100% dedicated to gastrointestinal and colorectal healthcare. Katy Endoscopy Center, a 12,900-square-foot first-generation ambulatory surgery center, is the anchor tenant and features one operating room, four procedure rooms, and 22 pre- and post-op beds. The second floor houses tenants including Digestive Health Associates, Houston Regional Gastroenterology Institute and Houston Colon, all of which will conveniently utilize the endoscopy center for their procedures.
