Sterling Ridge Orthopedics is a generation buildout within a core-and-shell building of which Arch-Con built. It offers physical therapy space, x-ray room and therapy pool. Construction features metal stud walls with gypsum board, new mechanical duct runs, lighting, concrete and masonry exterior, pool equipment enclosure, indoor pool, cabinets and millwork, and tile finishes. This is the third location for Sterling Ridge Orthopedics in the Houston area.
