The Vein Center, a 2,857-square-foot first-generation build-out, is situated on the first floor of the Arch-Con-constructed Creekside Medical Office Building in The Woodlands, Texas. Arch-Con’s comprehensive scope of work includes the installation of a glass entryway from the lobby, reception and waiting area, four exam rooms, five procedure rooms, three offices, an employee break room and restrooms. The Vein Center is a part of Dr. Christopher Van Nguyen’s Cardiovascular Consultants practice, offering a complete set of diagnostic and treatment services for vein-related issues. Arch-Con is also building out Cardiovascular Consultants clinic within Creekside MOB.
