Modern Heart and Vascular Institute focuses on cutting-edge diagnostic tools to assess the heart health of its patients. Arch-Con’s scope of work consists of the ground-up, tilt-wall construction of a 105,000-square-foot, four-story building and design-build services for a number of build-outs. The first floor consists of a 10,645-square-foot Ambulatory Surgery Center and Imaging/Diagnostics Center. The second floor consists of a 20,000-square-foot clinic. The third floor consists of 25,000 square feet of future clinical space and the fourth floor is a build-out of a 20,000-square-foot clinic with administrative offices.
