This four-building, 49,536-square-foot ground-up retail center, developed by Read King and designed by Heights Venture Architects, sits adjacent to an existing H-E-B. The project features intricate aluminum canopies connecting the buildings to a central plaza. Building B features a distinctive curved ceiling constructed with exposed glulaminated beams. Arch-Con’s scope of work also includes 160,000 square feet of paving and construction of the central green space.
