This 22,700 square-foot, two-story interior office renovation for global oil trader Unipec America, Inc. is located in the Galleria area at 3050 Post Oak. The scope of work includes retrofitting approximately 16,900 square feet of their ninth-floor office space and 5,800 square feet of their eighth-floor office space. The project for tenant rep Moody Rambin includes modifying the building structure to install a new internal staircase linking these fresh and refurbished offices areas designed by Abel Design Group.
