Spur Energy

Owner: Moody National | Architect: HOK

Spur Energy is a 24,625-square-foot, first generation buildout within Arch-Con constructed Village Towers developed by Moody National Companies. The elevator lobby has wood plank ceilings and walls; this wood design element continues into the reception area on ceiling, walls, and flooring. The reception desk has eglomise glass with a beautiful natural quartz countertop. One of the two break rooms also has this warm, wood design element. The majority of the space is built-out with offices and only two open areas for work stations. There are three conference rooms outfitted with a magnetic writeable wall surface.
