This 17,131-square-foot project was built inside the Houston Galleria during the bustling holiday season. This posed challenges not only due to mall traffic but also due to end-of-year supply constraints. Many of the high-end finishes had to be adjusted or altered due to availability and lead times. Arch-Con® worked closely with AMB Architects to ensure critical deadlines and budgets were met by re-sequencing the installation of finishes when needed. This project included the renovation of public areas with a glass walkway on a pedestrian bridge from the elevator to the tenant entrance.
