This 14,000-square-foot, two-story mid-century office building is owned by St. Luke’s United Methodist Church and located across the street from the church campus at 3501 West Alabama in the Greenway/Upper Kirby area of Houston. Arch-Con’s capital improvement scope of work includes upgrading HVAC systems, lighting and plumbing systems, restrooms, lobby, stairs, egress, and interior and exterior finishes. The exterior facade originally included louvers that created dark, second floor office space. Arch-Con’s scope also includes removing the louvers and tinting windows to open up and create a light-filled, energy efficient second floor office space.
