2nd.MD

Owner: Moody National | Architect: HOK

This 25,126-square-foot first generation, full floor build-out has it all. Designed by HOK, it is an open workspace with workstations, huddle rooms, phone rooms, a wellness room for new moms and a break room they are calling Town Center. Nearly every wall is curved to go with the flow of this cutting edge office design. The elevator lobby has metal panels along the walls with the 2nd.MD water-jetted in the panels. Specialty lighting and a balcony off the Town Center tops off this new design within the Arch-Con-built Village Towers developed by Moody National Companies off of I-10 in Houston.
