Equifax is one of the three largest consumer credit reporting agencies in the world. Their Houston office is located on the second floor of the 575 at Katy Freeway office complex. The 17,392-square-foot space consists of nine huddle rooms, five private offices, three phone rooms, two small conference rooms, one large conference room, break room, wellness room and open workspaces for staff. Managed by JLL, the 575 at Katy Freeway complex achieved a LEED Gold Certification for the core and shell of the building.
