Kyle Park is a 233,922-square-foot large-scale shopping center anchored by a 50,019-square-foot Dick’s Sporting Goods in Kyle, Texas. It consists of one large tilt wall shell building totaling 197,344 square feet and four smaller shell retail buildings totaling 36,578 square feet. The project also includes tenant interior work for Dick’s Sporting Goods, Burlington, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Barnes & Noble, Ulta, MINISO and Boot Barn. Site work includes 28 acres of earthwork, utilities, paving, landscape, irrigation, hardscape and site lighting.
