Hutto Retail Center is a 14-acre, grocery-anchored retail development by Endeavor Real Estate Group at the northeast corner of Texas State Highway 130 (SH130) & U.S. Route 79. Arch-Con’s scope of work includes the construction of a 22,878-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market, a 14,268-square-foot retail shell and a 17,035-square-foot retail shell. The overall development is separated into a north and south tract with a connector road providing access from SH130 to Innovation Boulevard. The north side includes the Sprouts and two retail buildings. This is our sixth Sprouts store to construct and build-out for this national grocer. Arch-Con’s scope of work on the south side of the project consists of a rough-graded and a pad-ready site.
