This 17,131-square-foot project was built inside the Houston Galleria during the bustling Christmas season. This posed challenges not only due to mall traffic, but also due to end-of-the-year supply constraints. Many of the high-end finishes had to be adjusted or altered due to availability and lead times. Arch-Con worked closely with AMB Architects to ensure critical deadlines and budgets were met by re-sequencing the installation of finishes when needed. This project includes renovation of the public area with a glass walkway on a pedestrian bridge from the elevator to the tenant entrance.
