A 25,000-square-foot Total Wine along with a 10,000-square-foot Ulta are the anchor tenants. An additional 25,000 square feet of inline retail include a Flower Child, Stickhouse and Main Squeeze Juice Co. The center was developed by Howard Hughes Holdings and the architect is CDA Architects.
