FC Falcon is a 1.5 million-square-foot, fully conditioned industrial building with rooftop units and R30 insulation, much thicker than the standard R9 insulation. Built for Floor & Decor as their main distribution center near the Houston ship channel, Arch-Con was brought into the project early as we have completed a number of Floor & Decor retail projects for the company. There are 237 overhead doors, 36’ clear height, 2.3 million square feet of paving, 260,000 square feet of tilt-wall panels, 8” slab-on-grade and a swift 11-month schedule.
