Prologis Port Crossing C5

Owner: PrologisArchitect: Powers Brown Architecture

Prologis Port Crossing C5 was a multi-phase, multi-contract project to fit the needs of the developer and tenant. First constructed as a shell warehouse building to become the future office for MRC, Arch-Con then built-out the office space for MRC and later expanded the building by 22,731 in 74 days. This LEED Silver Certified building has a 28-foot clear height and one truck ramp with a 12×14-foot overhead door. Each phase completed on time for Prologis and designed by Powers Brown Architects.
