Project Bullseye

Owner: National Property Holdings | Architect: Macgregor Associates Architects

Project Bullseye is a ground-up 657,600-square-foot, rapid distribution for Home Depot within National Property Holdings’ 157-acre Republic Business Center. The building has 36-foot clear height and 223 standard 9-foot by 10-foot overhead doors located in Houston’s northwest distribution submarket. Project Bullseye features a 30,000-square-foot buildout and 54-acres of paving. The goal of this facility for the end-user is to create the fastest, most efficient deliveries in home improvement, eventually reaching 90% of Home Depot’s customers with same-day/next-day deliveries. This is the second fulfillment center Arch-Con has built for Home Depot; Arch-Con also built Grand National MDC, a 770,640-square-foot distribution center for this national home improvement retailer.
