Intercontinental Landing is a 514,349-square-foot, cross-dock industrial tilt-wall warehouse near George Bush Intercontinental Airport. It includes 4,440 square feet of office space and large warehouse areas with dock-high loading. Arch-Con’s scope of work includes tilt-wall concrete panel construction, structural steel and joist framing, site paving, underground utilities, stormwater detention, fire protection and complete electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire alarm systems. This project is developed by Investment & Development Ventures (IDV) and designed by Powers Brown Architecture with coordination between civil, structural and design-build MEPF trades.
