The Grand National Empower Phase II project is the seventh facility constructed by Arch-Con located within Hines’ 100-acre Grand National Business Park. Located along Beltway 8 just west of the Sam Houston Race Park, this building designed by Powers Brown Architects consists of a 95,694-square-foot shell building with 20,000 square feet and 10,000 square feet of mezzanine structures for Empower Pharmacy. This project also included associated site improvements.
